Melissa Landess

Bio:
Hi! I am Melissa. I was born in raised here in Soldotna, AK. I grew up in this wonderful community and within the KPBSD school system. I love all the unique things that our local community has to offer. I had so many amazing teachers who inspired me to become a lifelong learner and I hope that I too will inspire some lifelong learners within my teaching career. This will be my third year teaching 3rd grade at Redoubt Elementary. When I am not teaching I enjoy spending time with my 7-year-old daughter Myla and my family. My favorite recreational activity is kayaking and enjoying time at the lake.
